Empowering Women to Win

Your business can longer afford to keep women on the sidelines! Study after study proves that a gender diverse workforce positively influences any company’s bottom line.

The companies that will outperform their competitors in the future are the ones that will support and empower women by revealing unconscious bias while providing a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Empowering women in the workforce is not just the right thing to do – it is the smart thing to do!

The Bloomberg Gender Equality Index (GEI) uses data to make a compelling case for the positive return on investment (ROI) as it correlates to gender diversity initiatives.

Long before it was fashionable, I became a leading expert and thought leader for empowering women to succeed by providing customized initiatives and programs that meet the unique needs of your industry and employees.

Skepticism is often expressed as nay sayers quote statistics stating millions of dollars have been spent trying to increase the number of women in leadership positions in business; from the Board Room, to the C-suite, to the executive level and the managerial level,  yet the needle has moved very little.

This is because many companies utilize one-size-fit all, cookie cutter programs that lack relevance for the unique needs of your company and/or industry. What differentiates my work is that it is based on the creation of unique, customized programs and initiatives that address the specific gender issues of your company and industry.

Some of my customized programs include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation of a customized mentorship program
  • Provide executive coaching (both individually and in a group setting) for women throughout every level of the organization
  • Leadership Training for Women
  • Establish and sustain a workplace culture that allow women to thrive
  • Create a recruitment practice that encourages female applicants to apply

What My Clients are Saying

We have improved our numbers and are moving the needle at Extreme On April 2017, on a flight to NY from SFO, I was fortunate to sit next to an amazing woman… Dr. Patty Ann Tublin. DPA (as I call her) is a highly educated consultant who (among other things) helps companies with their internal stats to promote women. After a very fun discussion… I got off the flight incredibly energized and introduced DPA to our CEO. At the time I was also running HR… and of course I needed to get his buy-in in order to hire her. Our CEO met DPA in August of last year and in January of 2018 we hired her as a consultant and launched the “Extreme Women’s Leadership Council”. Today our Women’s Leadership Council (which consists of mostly women but some men as well)… is responsible for looking at gender pay, promotion and advancement of women, putting together mentorship programs, etc. We have improved our numbers and are moving the needle at Extreme. All of this… because we hired the right person and got focused. If any of you are interested in learning more about DPA and potentially hiring her for your company… you will love her!
